Our wire mesh filters are engineered for efficient particle separation across a wide range of industries. Available in single layer, multi-layer, and wedge wire configurations, they offer excellent flow rates and mechanical strength. Materials include SS304, SS316L, and special alloys, suitable for temperatures from -200°C to 800°C depending on media.
Applications: Ideal for general filtration, screening, and particle separation in water treatment, food & beverage, and chemical processing. Commonly used as strainers, sieves, and protective screens.
Features: High flow rate, low pressure drop, easy to clean and reuse. Available in plain weave, twill weave, and Dutch weave patterns. Can withstand continuous operating temperatures up to 450°C (SS304) and 600°C (SS316L). Excellent corrosion resistance against weak acids and alkalis. Custom mesh counts from 2 to 400 mesh.

Applications: High‑pressure filtration, hydraulic systems, and precise grading in petrochemical, aerospace, and pharmaceutical industries. Suitable for fuel filtration, polymer melt filtration, and high-viscosity fluid straining.
Features: Enhanced mechanical strength through multiple laminated layers (2–5 layers). Sintered edges prevent unraveling and improve durability. Operates reliably under differential pressures up to 10 MPa. Temperature resistance up to 600°C with appropriate alloy selection. Custom layer combinations for depth filtration and graded density.
Applications: Water intake, mining dewatering, solid/liquid separation in harsh environments, and architectural screening. Widely used in desalination plants and food processing.
Features: Continuous V‑shaped slot design resists clogging and provides high open area (up to 50%). Superior mechanical strength supports high flow rates and backwashing. Made from SS304/316L, capable of operating from -200°C to 550°C. Slot openings from 0.05mm to 10mm, ideal for precise particle retention.
Sintered metal filters are formed by high-temperature diffusion bonding, creating a rigid, porous structure with exceptional strength and filtration precision. They excel in demanding environments with high temperature, high pressure, and corrosive media. Available in multi-layer wire mesh, metal powder, and fiber felt forms.
Applications: High‑temperature gas filtration, polymer melt filtration, steam filtration in refineries, and catalyst recovery. Perfect for applications requiring absolute micron ratings.
Features: 5‑layer diffusion bonded construction provides uniform pore size (1–200 μm) and high dirt holding capacity. Excellent backwash and regeneration ability. Withstands temperatures up to 600°C and differential pressures exceeding 7 MPa. Resistant to thermal shock and mechanical vibration. Standard materials SS316L, Hastelloy available for corrosive environments.
Applications: Fine chemical filtration, catalyst recovery, sterile air filtration in pharmaceutical and biotech industries, and high‑purity gas distribution.
Features: Isotropic porous structure with sub‑micron ratings (0.5–100 μm). High thermal resistance up to 500°C (stainless steel) or 800°C (Inconel). Rigid and durable, suitable for high‑pressure drops. Easily machined into discs, tubes, and cartridges. Porosity 30–40% with excellent permeability for liquids and gases.

Applications: High‑viscosity fluid filtration, hot gas dust removal, polymer filtration, and harsh chemical environments. Ideal for applications requiring high dirt holding and low pressure drop.
Features: Extremely high porosity (up to 80%) and permeability, allowing high flow rates with minimal resistance. Pleatable design increases filtration area. Withstands differential pressures above 8 MPa and operating temperatures to 600°C. Excellent resistance to corrosion and thermal cycling. Available in SS316L, Hastelloy, and other alloys.
Punched metal filters are manufactured by precision stamping of metal sheets, offering robust structural support and reliable filtration. Available in single and multi-layer configurations, they are widely used for coarse filtration, protection grids, and industrial sieves.
Applications: Pre‑filtration, support grids, protective screens in HVAC, automotive, and food processing. Suitable for light to medium mechanical loads.
Features: Available in round, square, slotted, and decorative hole patterns. High open area (20%–60%) ensures low flow resistance. Materials: SS304, galvanized steel, aluminum. Thickness from 0.5mm to 6mm, hole diameters 1mm–20mm. Operating temperature up to 400°C depending on material. Easy to clean and install.

Applications: Depth filtration, sound attenuation panels, heavy‑duty straining in industrial machinery, and mining classification.
Features: Laminated construction with graduated hole sizes provides depth filtration and high mechanical strength. Robust design handles differential pressures up to 5 MPa. Operating temperatures from -50°C to 450°C. Available with different materials per layer for corrosion resistance. Long service life under abrasive conditions.
